Kate Vokes heads up the Caterers Choice Quality Assurance Team. Kate adopts an uncompromising commitment to quality, tracking the performance of every supplier as well as the quality record of every shipment received.

The passion for quality is infectious and all our sales meetings include product sampling in our test kitchen where we monitor our own product quality and compare our own brand against other packers' labels.

Caterers Choice implement the following quality assurance measures in order to protect the interest of all discerning buyers:

• The Caterers Choice and Caterers Pride brands are nominated by many leading national end users in both Foodservice and Manufacturing.
• We import customers' own brand products for major players in the Cash & Carry, Retail, Buying Group and Foodservice sectors.
• We only purchase from BRC and accredited Factories/Canneries. e.g.an independent audit such as EFSIS Higher Level Accreditation.
• Our Technical Manager, Kate Vokes, audits all suppliers to a designated schedule.
• Our systems provide complete traceability from customer back to source with a comprehensive record of all administrative procedures.
• Full specifications are available for every product immediately on request together with factory or cannery accreditation certification.
• We continually monitor the quality of all products arriving in the UK against product specification.
• Our own cheese packing and grating plant in Yeovil has gained EFSIS Higher Level Accreditation.
